Senior Partnerships Associate

We are currently hiring a Senior Partnerships Associate who will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships with digital platforms that can help distribute our product, drive user acquisition, and support market growth. This includes sourcing partners, leading negotiations, and working cross-functionally to launch and scale partnership initiatives. An ideal candidate is someone with startup experience, strong partnership skills, and a deep understanding of digital product distribution, especially within Egypt’s tech ecosystem.

• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that can drive user growth or product adoption.
• Build relationships with key platform partners (e.g. marketplaces, aggregators).
• Lead partnership discussions from pitch through to contract negotiation and launch.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
• Track performance of partnerships and optimize for results.
• Represent the company at local industry events and ecosystem gatherings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles.
• Experience working in or with tech startups.
• Strong understanding of how digital products are distributed and used.
• Proven track record of closing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and impact.
