Job description

#1 PH Workforce Delivering to the US

MedCore Solutions, the medical division of BizForce is looking for a reliable and experienced Arabic/Spanish-Speaking Insurance Verification Specialist (with patient appointment scheduling experience) to support a high-volume endocrinology clinic remotely. We are a well-established practice with five active providers and a growing patient base. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth front-office operations and exceptional patient service.

 Responsibilities

  • Verify patients' active insurance coverage (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans) prior to appointments
  • Obtain and document eligibility, coverage limits, copays, deductibles, and referral or authorization requirements
  • Contact insurance companies via portal or phone to clarify benefits and resolve issues in real time
  • Accurately update insurance details in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments efficiently, following provider availability and visit type protocols
  • Reschedule appointments as needed while minimizing patient inconvenience
  • Coordinate with the internal clinical and admin team to reduce scheduling conflicts
  • Prioritize urgent appointment requests and manage double bookings as appropriate
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Provide patients with clear instructions and information regarding appointments, insurance, and pre-visit requirements
  • Address patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex concerns when needed
  • Minimize patient hold time and follow up on any missed or abandoned calls promptly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Insurance Verification
  • Fluency in Arabic and/or Spanish is required
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes, eligibility rules, and payer types
  • Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent—this is crucial due to the patient-facing nature of the role
  • Comfortable using EMR systems, phone systems, and productivity tools
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating remotely with a clinical team

Other details:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 8 hours/day Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Time zone: Mountain Standard Time

Work Set-up: Fully Remote

    • Minimum speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection for stability and reliability.
    • A backup internet connection is highly recommended.
