What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Fairwinds by identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities within the US Government for communications, networking, and information technology solutions. You will assist the VP, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Programs with tactical sales opportunities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies. These are often complex efforts with challenging technical solutions and use a variety of contracting types to include Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Plus. You will also use your organizational skills to help maintain the sales forecast and help drive customer contact plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working high-value projects in the government communications domain. You should be a highly motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional technical abilities and effective communication and analytical skills. This position will be remote, with expected 25% travel to customer locations.

This position is REMOTE in VA, MD, NC, SC, GA or FL. This position will require up to 25% travel to customer sites and Fairwinds facilities.

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience. Additional incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
