Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a Book Architect to collaborate directly with our founder in transforming business concepts into structured, scalable book frameworks. This is not a traditional ghostwriting or editing position—this role focuses on high-level content architecture, template design, and publishing strategy. The position begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time by Q1 of 2026.

About the Role:

As our Book Architect, you will:

  • Partner with the founder to co-create three outcome-specific book templates
  • Design writer-ready frameworks that can be executed by fulfillment partners
  • Translate abstract business goals into clear, actionable content structures
  • Develop systems and frameworks that support scaling book production, including future team or vendor involvement
  • Serve as the strategic mind behind content creation—thinking in systems, templates, and replicable formats

Requirements
  • Experience in book development, publishing operations, or authority-style ghostwriting
  • A portfolio or track record of designing book frameworks, templates, or structured content systems
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to reverse-engineer a book from its desired business outcome
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working independently, while also collaborating closely with executive leadership

Benefits
  • Location: Remote, U.S.-based only

  • Start Date: ASAP
