This is a remote position.

Compensation:
USD 2K - 3K/month.

Location:
Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in back-end development, customer support, IT environment, and KPIs (Key performance indicators).
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
- Structure a plan of approach per client.
- Measure and deliver results:

  • % fulfillment of commitments per person.
  • % adherence to good operational and methodological practices.
  • of technical follow-ups with in-service resources.
  • of technical sessions with end client (minimum 1 session per week).
  • of technical opportunities detected for service expansion.

Requirements
Bilingual professional with technical experience in backend or IT environments, possessing analytical, diagnostic, and customer relationship skills. Capable of understanding the technological operation of an organization, identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion, and leading technical follow-up processes. Your approach should be both consultative and operational, with a strong focus on management by indicators, compliance with commitments, and adoption of best practices.
