We are seeking enthusiastic and talented HubSpot Technician to join our dynamic team. 

Requirements

You will be responsible for:

-Manage and continuously optimize our HubSpot account (Marketing Hub and CRM).

-Set up, maintain, and enhance workflows, automation sequences, forms, email campaigns, and landing pages.

-Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms used by the firm.

-Create custom dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing and sales KPIs.

-Provide ongoing support to the sales and marketing teams to ensure HubSpot is used efficiently and effectively.

-Ensure all campaigns are properly executed in both English and Spanish, maintaining consistency across languages.

-Propose data-driven strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance.

✅ Requirements:

-Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — this is a must-have.

-Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (minimum of 2 years).

-Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, workflow development, and segmentation strategies.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

-Previous experience working with marketing or sales teams, ideally in remote environments.

-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
