Job Title: Junior FP&A Analyst
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Junior FP&A Analyst will work closely with a Senior Analyst to organize and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis. This is a hybrid role that blends data processing, financial structuring, and light accounting knowledge. The right candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and eager to support financial modeling and integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, organize, and input financial data from multiple systems.
  • Assist in building and updating financial reports and models.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Prepare summaries and insights for senior analysts and leadership.
  • Maintain templates and financial tools in Excel.
  • Support projects related to financial due diligence and post-merger integration.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured templates.
  • Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve data challenges.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with financial due diligence or integration projects
  • Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or financial reporting
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct (not required-training provided)
