Conduct on-site visits and interviews to collect information related to an individual's 
background, including employment history, education qualifications, criminal records, and 
personal references. 
Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents provided by individuals or organizations, 
such as degrees, certifications, identification, and address proof. 
Conduct reference checks by contacting provided references to verify employment details, 
character references, and personal information. 
Visit previous employers, educational institutions, and other relevant sources to validate 
employment history, educational qualifications, and professional licenses. 
Document findings and prepare detailed reports on background verification results, ensuring 
accuracy, objectivity, and confidentiality of the information obtained. 
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical 
manner. 



Requirements
Minimum Class XII Pass 
Proven experience in conducting background verifications or similar investigative roles, 
preferably in a field-based capacity. 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle 
multiple verification assignments simultaneously. 
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 
Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, 
and database management.
