About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager with strong expertise in Radio Systems to lead the integration of complex wireless communication products. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end integration process across hardware, software, RF, and system-level components to ensure seamless operation and delivery. This role requires a technical leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams and drive the successful rollout of radio-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration planning and execution for new radio platforms, products, and features.
  • Define integration strategies and test plans for multi-disciplinary components (RF, baseband, software, FPGA, power, etc.).
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between R&D, system engineering, V&V, manufacturing, and customer teams.
  • Supervise lab and field integration activities, ensuring proper validation and debug of radio functionalities.
  • Own system-level bring-up and troubleshooting of wireless products (point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, 5G, LTE, microwave/mmWave, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration engineers.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product readiness evaluations.
  • Interface with customers and partners to support system deployment and issue resolution.
  • Track and report integration progress, risks, and KPIs to senior management.

Work Environment:

  • Mix of lab, office, and occasional on-site integration or support at customer locations.
  • Collaboration with global R&D and customer support teams.





Requirements

What does it require from you?

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration for radio-based products.
  • Deep understanding of RF concepts, modulation, wireless protocols, and link budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, FPGA, Modem and software-hardware interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of root-cause analysis across domains.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecom (microwave, mmWave, cellular, satellite, or wireless backhaul).
  • Knowledge of IP networking, synchronization (PTP/SyncE), and traffic testing (IXIA, Spirent).
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance standards (FCC, ETSI).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern DevOps practices.
