This is a Temporary Position as a substitute for maternity leave- 8-9 months + option to extend.


KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Training Team Lead to join our global team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training, and learning development.

You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers in English and Hebrew
  • Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
  • Lead a global learning & training team
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
  • Manage end-user customer training programs
  • Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
  • Execute special projects as assigned by department management
  • Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
  • Oversee external knowledge portal management

Requirements

  • Training and learning development experience in English and Hebrew
  • Excellent English
  • Flexibility in working hours (global role)
  • Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
