About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented growth leader to own and scale ArcSite’s mobile product-led growth (PLG) engine. You’ll lead acquisition, conversion, and onboarding across major app platforms — driving installs, engagement, and revenue through a mix of ASO, paid acquisition, experimentation, and funnel optimization, including international expansion.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end user journey — from discovery to activation to expansion — and help bridge the transition from self-serve to sales-engaged motions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and brings deep experience in app-based growth — especially within a product-led or B2B SaaS model.
