Job description

Location: Remote from Portugal or hybrid in Lisbon (candidate's discretion)
Industry: B2B Travel / Corporate Travel Services
Employment Type: Full-Time
Language Requirements: French, German, or Italian (native/fluent) + English (B2 or above)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide travelers with exceptional, personalized assistance and support.
  • Resolve a wide range of travel and technical issues, from routine platform inquiries to urgent last-minute travel emergencies.
  • Keep current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure outstanding service and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with teams across the globe.
  • Offer valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to help enhance the platform.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in French, German or Italian, both spoken and written, along with advanced English skills (C1 level or above).
  • Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within the travel and hotel sectors.
  • Mandatory experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan.
  • Results-oriented mindset, using metrics as a measure and motivation for success.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at crafting personalized verbal and written messages.
  • Collaborative team player who values feedback and supports colleagues.
  • Proficient with digital tools including Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and proprietary travel customer service platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Work hours: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM, with rotating shifts.
