We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end architectures. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in React.js, frontend ecosystems, and modern JavaScript frameworks, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative web applications that meet business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable and maintainable React-based applications.
Define and enforce front-end architecture standards, tools, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to front-end engineers.
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of applications.
Own technical decision-making and resolve architectural conflicts.
Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and responsive across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
5+ years of experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, RESTful APIs, and responsive design.
Proven experience in architecting complex SPAs and component-based systems.
Deep knowledge of software design patterns, micro frontends, and modular architecture.
Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility.
Familiarity with CI/CD, unit/integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and version control (Git).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
