Join us to lead and grow our indirect sales network through high-impact, in-field partner acquisition, enablement, and strategic deal-making. This role is perfect for a hands-on sales leader ready to travel, close strategic partnerships, and drive scalable revenue across key regions.
Responsibilities
Rebuild and optimize indirect sales distribution network in the field - Travel regularly to evaluate existing partners face-to-face, identify high-potential prospects, and deliver on-site enablement programs to create predictable revenue growth
Generate and close new distribution partnerships through direct engagement - This quota-carrying role requires dedicated field time for hands-on partner acquisition, in-person negotiations, and closing strategic deals alongside partners and end customers
Assess and improve existing partner performance through operational field work - Conduct on-site partner evaluations, provide direct coaching in the field, and work alongside partners with end customers to drive performance improvements
Develop regional sales strategies through field collaboration - Work directly in the field with junior and senior sales executives to translate global goals into executable regional plans through hands-on strategic account engagement
Implement partner enablement processes through operational field presence - Establish systematic partner training through on-site visits, track performance through direct field engagement, and maintain high data reliability in CRM systems (HubSpot)
Analyze market trends through direct customer and partner engagement - Identify regional opportunities through ongoing field time with partners and end customers, compiling insights to inform Wingtra's broader market strategy
Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
Strong network and familiarity with cultures across the region of MEA
Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners
Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
Plus
Fluency in one or more local languages (Arab, French…)
Experience in helping an international company with their go to market strategy
Surveying background and expertise in Mining, Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) or surveying industry
Building up cross functional teams that collaborate with each other remotely
