Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within a production or manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals. The Production Sales Leader will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the production industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
