Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within a production or manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals. The Production Sales Leader will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the production industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  •  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  •  Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
  •  Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
  •  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  •  Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  •  Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  •  Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  •  Participate in trade shows and industry events.
  •  Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  •  Provide training and support to sales team members.
  •  Set sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  •  Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  •  Implement sales processes and best practices.
  •  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  •  Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  •  Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

Education & 
Experience:                  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideal candidates retain 5+ years in mortgage experience
  • 2+ years in leadership role
  • Knowledge and experience in loan origination, coaching, mentorship, and problem solving

Skills:

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.

 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.

 

Computer Skills: Sound working knowledge of computer and office software operations and systems.
