Job description

This is a remote position.

ITTConnect is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Reporting Consultant to work for one of our US-based clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. 


Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Reporting, Canvas reports and Story Reports, with strong skills in data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities:
  • Report Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting and Canvas Reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements
  • Optimize existing reports for better performance and user experience
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand reporting needs
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
  • SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements:
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors reporting modules as per business needs
  • Work with the Business team to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues
  • Stay updated with new features in SuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting
  • Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required


Requirements
  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, expert in Employee Central
  • Fluent in English
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in People Analytics / Reporting.
  • At least 2 SuccessFactors Compensation End to end implementation and support experience
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reports, Canvas Reports.
  • Employee Central portlet wise knowledge is required
  • Experience on Software lifecycle and Support methodologies
  • Prior experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or data governance
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
