We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer who’s fluent in Spring Boot, confident with AWS, and experienced in cloud data systems like DynamoDB and Snowflake.

You’ll join a lean, globally distributed engineering team that's building a next-generation platform delivering integrated HR, Payroll and business solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your work will directly shape our product’s evolution and scalability.

⚙️ Tech Stack & Requirements

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
Proven experience with AWS services
Experience with DynamoDB
Solid background working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
Advanced English skills

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Next.js or frontend development is a big bonus
Past experience with Payments or Fintech is a plus
