Job summary:
The role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth across the bank's product lines, including loans, deposits, and digital services.
The role leads a team to ensure targets are achieved and customer engagement is maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for retail and corporate banking products.
Lead and manage a sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective promotional campaigns and partnerships.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with product development and digital banking teams to align offerings with market needs.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and brand positioning.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and present results to senior
management.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 710 years of experience in sales and marketing within the banking or financial sector.
Proven track record in managing campaigns, achieving sales targets, and leading teams.
Strong understanding of the Cambodian banking market and customer behavior.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese and English and Khmer is plus.
Preference for Chinese, Malaysian and Singaporean nationality
