Job description

The Campaign Data Analyst will drive lifecycle marketing campaigns through precise audience segmentation, SQL-driven targeting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to convert insights into strategic campaign decisions for non-loyalty customer segments.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/CST
Core Tasks:
  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, including forecasting, audience segmentation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and modify SQL queries to target non-loyalty consumer segments with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide updates during launches, and troubleshoot issues with data-informed solutions.
  • Create reports and presentations that summarize campaign results and support A/B testing efforts.
Must Have:
  • 2–3 years of experience in business or marketing analytics, with hands-on SQL skills (joins, CTEs, table creation).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
  • Proven ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights and present them clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across departments.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱90,000/month
