This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a full-time Legal Intake Assistant to support their legal team with intake and administrative casework. This 100% remote role is ideal for a bilingual legal professional who is proactive, analytical, and experienced in legal practice—particularly employment law and litigation.

Conduct initial legal intake consultations with prospective clients in Spanish and English.
Analyze case details, ask clarifying and relevant legal questions, and document findings accurately.
Identify and escalate high-priority or qualified leads to attorneys.
Provide administrative support and assist with case-related tasks as assigned.
Maintain client records and intake logs with a high level of confidentiality and detail.
Collaborate with legal staff to ensure accurate, timely, and effective intake handling.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Comfortable interacting with clients via phone, email, and video calls.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
Law degree with legal practice experience (in home country is acceptable).
Prior work in employment law or litigation is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with U.S. legal intake processes is a plus.
Experience working with legal CRMs or case management systems is an advantage.
