Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, social media, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

·       Provide guidance and support to customers regarding service-related issues, ensuring their satisfaction.

·       Inform customers about current promotional events and service offerings.

·       Handle all inbound communication. No outbound or cold-calling required.

·       Work in rotating shifts to support market-specific business hours (morning: 09:00–17:45, afternoon: 13:15–22:00).

·       Maintain accurate and clear documentation of customer interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

·       Proficiency in computer operations and strong command of Microsoft Office tools.

·       Ability to effectively identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

·       A proactive, client-focused approach with patience and clear communication abilities.

·       Team players who thrive in a collaborative customer service environment.

·       Native proficiency in Greek and a communicative level of English (written and spoken).

·     Residence in the Czech Republic is considered an advantage.
