About the Role
The Medical Device Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business development within the medical device contract manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and technical sales support, with a focus on OEM medical device clients. The role requires frequent travel and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure seamless client engagement from design through delivery.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert on company capabilities and present technical information to clients
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing programs using CRM tools
Analyze sales trends and create targeted strategies to boost revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM medical device customers
Promote contract manufacturing services for silicone medical components
Collaborate with engineering teams to support client project needs from concept to completion
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful project outcomes
Coordinate design and development meetings and assist in generating accurate quotes
Facilitate onboarding of new projects in collaboration with engineering and customer stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical devices, their applications, and associated technologies
