Developer - Internal Tool Development (ZR_24059_JOB)

Join a growing building maintenance company as they go digital. They're replacing manual processes with modern systems and need a skilled developer to build a custom internal platform.

In this role, you'll work with leadership to design and develop a multi-portal business app using a low-code tool like BuddyBase. Your work will support key operations like inventory tracking, contractor onboarding, and invoicing—helping the company scale more efficiently.

• Develop a comprehensive internal system using BuddyBase or a similar low-code platform
  

• Create three main portals:
  

  • Client Portal (for customer interactions)
    

  • Employee Portal (for internal staff access)
    

  • Admin Portal (for backend operations)
    

• Build tools for inventory tracking and management
  

• Design streamlined contractor onboarding workflows
  

• Automate invoicing processes and tracking
  

• Integrate and unify various business functions into one efficient system
  

• Collaborate directly with leadership to gather requirements and provide updates
  

• Turn manual processes into scalable, digital workflows
  

• Experience with low-code development platforms (BuddyBase preferred)
  

• Background in coding and software architecture
  

• Proven ability to automate business processes and build workflow systems
  

• Strong skills in data structure and process design
  

• Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
  

• Effective communicator for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
  

• Experience creating multi-user portals and integrating with databases
