Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a sales function. You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role that ensures sales run smoothly, clients feel supported, and the team can focus on closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
  • Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting
  • Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Working Hours: Eastern Time (EST, UTC-5): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST or Central Time (CST, UTC-6): 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM SAST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms
  • Fast learner with a can-do, solution-focused mindset
  • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset



Benefits
Fully remote


Salary:

R15 000 to R20 000 depending on experience
