Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
Working Hours: Eastern Time (EST, UTC-5): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST or Central Time (CST, UTC-6): 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM SAST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms
