About The Role

In this position, you will:

Lead and motivate the production team to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee and provide training to Pre-Site, Procurement, and Warehouse personnel.
Manage pre-production activities and promptly address mechanical issues.
Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Conduct weekly staff meetings to review pre-production concerns and drive solutions.
Provide strategic direction and performance management for direct reports, including hiring, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
Regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
Implement cross-training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity.
Foster strong vendor relationships and manage partnerships with local dealers.
Maintain company fleet vehicles and forklifts in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively addressing departmental needs.

Key Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in management and/or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Prior leadership experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Working knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations preferred.
Project Management certification (PM) preferred or willingness to obtain.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally and work in varied environmental conditions (heat/cold).
Combination of office work and on-site fieldwork at job sites.
Exposure to moderate noise levels in office settings; fieldwork may involve higher noise levels.
