🏢 About the Role

You’ll lead marketing execution, focusing on creating clear, practical content that genuinely resonates with property managers. Your writing will address their everyday challenges, speak their language, and clearly illustrate how our solutions make their jobs easier.

You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with our U.S.-based product and support teams, to deeply understand user needs and clearly communicate how the product solves their everyday challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create genuinely useful content: practical guides, blogs, emails, onboarding, and product updates.
  • Regularly interact with product and support teams to ensure content aligns with real customer pain points.
  • Continually refine website messaging and structure to clearly communicate product value.
  • Own essential email flows (user onboarding, feature launches, retention).
  • Adapt content for the right format and channel—whether it’s a how-to post, onboarding email, simple graphic, or expo handout.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, or service-oriented products (or similar).
  • Exceptional English writing skills, with experience communicating clearly to U.S.-based audiences.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex workflows and explain them clearly and simply.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva or similar to create simple, effective visuals. $1

Nice to Have:

  • Experience writing content related to property management, real estate, construction, or field services.
  • Familiarity with tools like ConvertKit, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience coordinating materials or messaging for trade shows and expos.
