Our premium account is looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction for one of the most important telecommunications company. 

 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Receiving calls from clients.
  • Answer Incoming Calls customer service Lines.
  • Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
  • Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
  • Suggest products and additional services (sales focus)

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
  • Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
