Inside Sales Representatives that complement existing sales resources to effectively extend market reach and accelerate growth.


This position is full time remote (home-based) position. It allows for a defined, yet reasonably flexible work schedule.

Xpand Demand, a division of Forward Solutions, is seeking a personable and experienced Inside Sales Representative for Business-to-Business outbound calls for one of our large, Fortune 1000 clients offering highly recognized brands to the away-from-home commercial marketplace. Your goal will be to win new opportunities through outbound B2B sales calls, which will allow you to utilize your strong relationship building skills, as well as your confident and engaging personality.

 

The Position:

Our Inside Sales Representatives manage an active sales pipeline of prospects, creating opportunities and increasing customer demand for our clients' products. This is not a call center or telemarketing position. We provide a valuable service to well-established companies with long-term customers. Our success is measured by the number of successful sales we generate, in addition to our clients' overall business growth.


Essential Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal CRM systems
  • Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
  • Understand and explain the product and product benefits to the customer
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inside Sales experience in B2Bmarkets
  • Full cycle sales experience – you must be both a “hunter” and a “closer”
  • Proven ability to reach and even surpass sales goals
  • Experience working with different channels of distribution
  • Ability to self-manage, i.e., to work unsupervised from home
  • Strong technical skills as we stay highly connected using technology
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, Siebel, ACT, Goldmine, or another comparable system)
  • A college degree is strongly preferred

Salary 

The salary range for this position is $39,000 - $55,000. Base salary of $38,950 plus monthly sales performance incentive payments and annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.


Location

Remote candidates can be located anywhere in the US except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.
