Position Summary: 

We want a highly motivated and skilled Digital & Product Marketing Associate to join our B2B/B2C recruitment company. As a marketing team member, you will drive internal and external marketing efforts to promote our products and services. 

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, be capable of executing innovative projects, and be adept at optimising digital marketing channels. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement internal and external marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive demand for our products and services in B2B and B2C markets. 
  • Execute innovative digital marketing projects that align with our marketing objectives, such as targeted campaigns, product launches, or channel-specific initiatives. 
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and propose data-driven recommendations for optimisation. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify digital marketing needs, gather requirements, and develop compelling marketing materials and content. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messages across all online and offline channels. 
  • Utilise SEO techniques to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital properties. 
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts. 
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required. 


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on B2B and B2C markets. Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but optional. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in executing marketing initiatives across various digital channels, such as website, email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions. 
  • Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative digital marketing projects. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. 
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools to optimise organic visibility and drive website traffic. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and social media management tools.
