Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager with a robust background in Project Management to oversee operations for both of our lines of business, specializing in Digital Marketing and Virtual Staffing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, structured, and skilled in planning and executing projects with precision and efficiency. This role demands expertise in client management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead multiple projects to completion within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management and Reconciliation:

  • Project Planning and Oversight: Organize and manage projects from start to finish, utilizing tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project timelines, set clear milestones, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines for all deliverables.
  • Monitor Progress and Risk Management: Track project progress, ensure the timely delivery of account-related tasks, and proactively assess potential risks and opportunities and work to mitigate them before they affect client relationships.
  • Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present tailored proposals, including customized decks that align with client needs, and provide follow-up support to address any additional requests.
  • Performance and KIP Monitoring: Monitor KPIs related to account health, project timelines, and client performance to ensure goals are being met. This includes providing clients with regular monthly updates on status of key metrics on service deliverables and overall account performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s standards of quality, service, and client expectations.

Account Development for Clients and Stakeholders.

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts, and ensure success for new accounts, driving client retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize Workflows: Use project management tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across teams.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement in operations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Internal Coordination: Align project goals, resources, and deliverables across internal teams.
  • Facilitate Communication: Foster communication between cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations with a strong foundation as a Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in project management, with knowledge in executing project management practices such as Gantt charts, Kanban, and efficient use of PM tools.
  • Strong track record of adhering to strict timelines and delivering projects on schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with areas of Digital Marketing or related industries is a plus and experience in managing a team of subordinates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Zoho and Asana and efficiency in documentation upkeeping is a huge plus.

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST




Salary:

Php 40,000 - 50,000 NET
