Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to oversee software integration and system and QA testing activities. This role entails full responsibility for planning, supervising, and executing integration and testing processes throughout the system lifecycle, aligned with operational requirements and scenarios. The position requires a deep understanding of software product development processes, test levels and methodologies, and customer-centric thinking.


Responsibilities


  • Defining, planning, and executing validation and verification activities for a complex software-based system within system and project constraints.
  • Managing and maintaining the integration lab and environments, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools.
  • Ensuring continuous readiness and usability of integration and testing environments.
  • Managing configuration freeze and product release processes in collaboration with system engineering.
  • Developing detailed work plans for integration and testing across software and system levels.
  • Leading the team professionally, monitoring task execution, and aligning deliverables and timelines with system engineering.
  • Supporting and executing end-to-end system integration and field testing, including data logging, analysis, and documentation in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Leading approval and acceptance testing both on-site and at customer locations.



Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree (B.Sc. in Information Systems / Electronics / Software Engineering) – Advantage
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software and system testing
  • Experience managing testing under AGILE methodology
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes
  • Proficient in writing test documentation (STP, STR, STD)
  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing testing/integration teams
  • Practical knowledge of operating systems, networks, virtual machines, databases, and monitoring tools – Mandatory
  • Experience in multidisciplinary environments – Advantage
  • Understanding of DEVOPS processes – Advantage
  • Experience running automated tests – Advantage
  • Experience in system-level integration and customer acceptance testing (SAT/FAT) – Advantage
