Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in virtual assistance or administrative services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant tools and CRM systems is preferred.
