Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, account management, and support issues.
  • Resolve complaints and troubleshooting requests promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide effective solutions and improvements to service.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends, product releases, and esports events to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, especially within the gaming or esports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
