• Proven product ownership experience: Several years of experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Technical understanding: Familiarity with modular platforms and the ability to collaborate closely with development and data teams.
• Agile expertise: Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• User-focused mindset: A strong desire to build products that solve real customer problems.
• Clear communication skills: Ability to convey priorities and decisions confidently in English. German skills are a plus.
• Analytical thinking: You make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
