This is a remote position.
We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our team as a Support Engineer.
You will be working closely with our developers, QA team, and customer service representatives to help deliver on our zero bug policy. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating new bugs, identifying and documenting root causes, and supporting our customer service team with 2nd line technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, methodical in their approach to problem-solving, and passionate about continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in helping us learn from issues, making improvements that reduce risk and enhance platform stability.
As part of a small and growing SaaS team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference and work with a product used by well-known global corporations.
Work is predominantly remote, so you must have a home set-up that is conducive to remote work. There will be occasions when it is beneficial to meet, so you'll be able to travel to our London office (we meet as a company 3 times per year - Spring, Autumn & Christmas).
We value flexibility—our support coverage spans a range of hours, so whether you’re an early riser, need a longer lunch, or have school runs to consider, that’s fine with us. All we ask is for reliable coverage across our 2nd line support window.
