We are looking for a Documentation Business Analyst who combines strong system thinking, business rule understanding, and AI-assisted documentation techniques to build and maintain living system knowledge across our FSM SaaS platform.
This role works at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support to ensure that complex system logic, rule engines, integration flows, and configurations are fully captured and easily referenceable for both internal and client-facing users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PO, Developers, QA, and CS to extract:
    • Business rules
    • System configurations
    • Rule engine logic (YAML/JSON)
    • Integration mapping (ERP, SAP, external APIs)
  • Use structured templates and AI tooling to build documentation:
    • Rule Specifications
    • API Reference
    • Configuration Matrix
    • Workflow Diagrams (Mermaid.js / PlantUML)
    • Client Help Articles
  • Proactively identify knowledge gaps and drive clarification sessions.
  • Maintain version-controlled documentation repository (Confluence + Git-based configs).
  • Use AI tools to assist in drafting, version comparison, consistency checking, and automated doc generation.
  • Ensure documentation remains synchronized with system releases, tenant customizations, and ongoing product evolution.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst / Product Analyst in SaaS, ERP, or FSM domain.
  • Strong system thinking and ability to map complex workflows and conditional logic.
  • Comfortable reading technical configs (YAML, JSON, APIs, rule engines).
  • Experience interviewing cross-functional teams to extract undocumented logic.
  • Solid writing skills to translate technical logic into clear documentation.
  • Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for writing assistance.
  • Familiar with documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion, Swagger, Git, Mermaid.js).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Frappe, etc.).
  • Experience with rule engines or configuration-driven platforms.
  • Experience in knowledge management or knowledge ops design.
