Founded in 2009, we have evolved into a prominent consulting firm with a diverse team of experts, including physicians, toxicologists, forensic interviewers, and Registered Nurses (RNs). We offer expert opinions in numerous forensic areas, including sexual assault, child abuse, gunshot wounds, assault, DUI, and homicide cases. We are retained by both the prosecution and the defense, with a significant portion of our cases coming from defense attorneys. Join us as we continue to expand our influence in the field of forensic nursing and expert consultation.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to provide expert medical consultation and testimony services as an independent contractor. This unique opportunity allows you to expand your professional expertise into the fascinating world of forensic medicine and legal consultation.

This role offers the chance to apply your medical knowledge in criminal and civil legal cases where you'll analyze complex cases involving trauma, assault injuries, accident-related orthopedic damage, and other forensic scenarios that require specialized medical interpretation.

The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills and can think outside the box when analyzing how injuries occur. You'll need to consider how underlying medical conditions may affect injury patterns and outcomes, and be able to explain complex traumatic injuries in clear, understandable terms that help juries grasp the injury mechanism and how it relates to the specific elements of each case.

In this role, you will review medical records, provide expert opinions, conduct independent medical examinations, and testify in legal proceedings related to orthopedic injuries and conditions. You'll work with both prosecution and defense attorneys, ensuring objective medical analysis that serves the pursuit of justice.
