At Mammoth Growth, we're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple client accounts and coordinate our technical teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage concurrent data projects, and excels at translating client needs into actionable deliverables.

What You'll Do

Manage and lead multiple client accounts simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact
Coordinate workloads and tasks for analytics engineers and architects across various projects including sprint management in tools such as Jira or Asana
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining scope, budget, and quality standards
Implement and leverage custom AI tools to optimize project workflows and efficiency
Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients
Monitor project KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders
Lead regular stand-ups and client meetings to maintain project momentum

What You'll Need

3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with data or analytics projects
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with technical teams
Strong understanding of data infrastructure, analytics workflows, and technical requirements
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business contexts
Familiarity with Snowflake and GCP cloud platforms
Understanding of basic concepts and best practices of data transformation using tools such as dbt
Familiarity with engineering workflows including GitHub/repositories, pull requests, and version control

Bonus Experience

Experience with AI implementation, AI-augmented project management
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification
Experience in consulting environment with client-facing responsibilities
