Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients of a renowned luxury brand.
• Effectively communicate product details and brand narratives to enrich customer interactions.
• Address customer inquiries, manage orders, and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to inform customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
• Passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand with assistance from the company.
