About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Game Engine/Tools Developer to join our core tools team. You'll work on internal tools and core systems that power our proprietary technology, with the potential to grow into a leadership or strategic role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize core engine systems and in-house tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support feature rollouts.
  • Help scale internal tools and pipelines to support diverse teams (AI, UX, content).
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of our tools stack with technical insight.
  • Work with game and non-game developers to ensure extensibility and usability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in tools programming, game engine development, or related roles.
  • Experience writing tools that are up to standards in usability and functionality that improve internal developers and modders iteration time.
  • Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal Engine
  • Strong C++/C# skills and understanding of game engine architecture.
  • Experience building systems for editor tools, pipelines, or runtime systems.
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with remote colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams.
