Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the OB team, the Clinical Educator will provide a positive customer experience by ensuring that customers who purchase equipment from Laborie use it as suggested and to their satisfaction, while offering educational guidance to optimize customer usage of OB products. The Clinical Educator will also partner with the sales team to identify goals and opportunities for training, education, and business development.

 

About the Role:

  • Provide training, education, and support for OB customers within the hospital setting.
  • Develop core education to address current product use in hospitals, identify and elevate instructional materials in all types of media and formats.
  • Consult with customers to promote quality patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with OB team to recommend educational strategies for implementation of existing and new products. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program with an active RN license.
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly energized environment with multiple projects.
  • Ability to quickly re-evaluate and prioritize needs based on changing healthcare landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and German.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of clinical experience on Labor and Delivery and/or NICU highly desirable.
  • Previous teaching experience and placing IUPC’s is preferred.
  • Midwife preferred.
