UK-Based | Full-Time | Remote-First FinTech | Commercial Operations
We're working with a disruptive FinTech scale-up that's transforming how enterprise brands manage their digital payments. With strong traction across travel, retail, and iGaming and partnerships with some of the biggest players in the payments space this business is growing quickly and building a solid commercial foundation to scale.
They're now looking to hire a Sales & Partner Operations Executive to support their sales and partnerships teams with robust processes, clean data, and streamlined enablement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of commercial operations.
What Youll Be Doing
This role spans multiple functions, supporting both sales and partner operations. You'll help drive internal efficiency and performance by improving systems, data visibility, and internal processes.
Sales Operations
Maintain and optimise the company CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, reporting consistency, and smooth pipeline management
Support deal processes including pricing input, contract workflows, and internal approvals
Build and manage dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools
Onboard new commercial team members with the right tools and process documentation
Partnership Support
Keep partner records and documentation up to date
Coordinate onboarding steps across technical, commercial, and go-to-market teams
Track and report on partner activity, integrations, and pipeline contribution
Ensure visibility of partner data across the business
Commercial Enablement
Help define and improve go-to-market processes as the company scales
Organise and maintain commercial assets, templates, and playbooks
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support campaign rollouts and sales content
What Were Looking For
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Ops role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Highly organised with a process-first mindset and strong attention to detail
Able to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in the payments, fintech, or payment orchestration sectors
Exposure to B2B partner ecosystems or integrations
