🔍 Why we’re looking for you
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Local SEO QA Analyst to join our growing SEO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, effectiveness, and quality of our local SEO strategies and implementations across various client accounts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of local SEO best practices, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in Colombia or Mexico.
💥 The impact you will havePerform thorough quality assurance checks on local SEO campaigns, including Google Business Profile (GBP) listings, local citations, and on-page local SEO elements.Verify the accuracy of NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across all local listings and platforms.Audit existing local SEO data for inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement.Identify and report technical SEO issues impacting local visibility (e.g., duplicate content, crawl errors specific to local pages).Monitor local search rankings, competitor activity, and Google Business Profile performance to identify trends and potential issues.Collaborate closely with SEO Specialists, Account Managers, and Development teams to communicate findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.Develop and maintain QA checklists, processes, and documentation for local SEO initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest local SEO algorithm updates, best practices, and industry tools.Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on local SEO performance and quality.Assist in the creation of performance reports, highlighting key QA metrics and insights.✅ What we’re looking for1-3 years of experience in an SEO or Digital Marketing role, with a strong emphasis on local SEO.Proven experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) management and optimization.Familiarity with local citation building and management platforms.Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles as they relate to local search.Experience with SEO tools such as GBP, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz Local, BrightLocal, Yext, or similar.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.🏆 Pay and benefits The estimated base salary range for this role is the local equivalent to $30,000 - $45,000 USD, depending on experience.
