Your Impact
We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategy for our product portfolio, defining and prioritizing feature requests, and supporting new product releases.

This role requires a strong emphasis on cloud and on-premises based product experience. You will also be responsible for setting and executing acre’s migration strategy for customers looking to move from existing on-premise based systems to acre Access Control.

You will work closely with various disciplines throughout the organization to develop smart, cohesive product plans that align with our company strategy. Expect up to 20% travel and fieldwork.

What You’ll Do - In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Product Strategy: 
    • Process ownership that translates customer, market, business, and strategic requirements into functional/system specifications, focusing on creating innovative, competitive, and sustainable product roadmaps. 
  • Product Lifecycle Management: 
    • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from inception to retirement. 
    • Evaluate and define project prioritizations based on market insight, product line strategy, and company goals. 
  • New Product Opportunities: 
    • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in cooperation with Sales to increase competitiveness and revenues. 
  • Security and Standards: 
    • Specify customer-facing and internal standards for security in products and features, uptime/SLA requirements, targets for UI/UX ease of use/accessibility and app store ratings. 
  • Competitive Benchmarking: 
    • Conduct competitive product benchmarking in close cooperation with product experts, sales, and R&D. 
  • New Product Introductions: 
    • Plan and support new product releases, including requirement definition, feature prioritization, field readiness, product documentation, and market launch. 
    • Ensure the availability of comprehensive product documentation, training, and marketing collateral. 
  • Relationship Management: 
    • Cultivate and grow relationships with internal customers
    • Establish good working relationships with suppliers 

What You'll Bring - To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Degree in electronics, information technology, marketing/business or related field.  
  • 5+ years’ experience in product or portfolio management or equivalent, security industry experience preferred
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Development
  • Demonstrable experience driving UI/UX differentiation is an advantage.  
  • Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical, critical and creative approach  
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels, from different disciplines within a multi-cultural organization
  • Knowledge of customer complaint resolution and quality processes
