Job description

Responsibilities
  • Actively make daily calls to potential customers from existing or sourced databases.
  • Expand and manage a personal network of leads and prospects to drive product sales.
  • Hit monthly sales targets. This role is heavily rewarded through commission-based incentives.
  • Maintain a clean and updated customer database, including status tracking and call outcomes.
  • Analyze telesales performance regularly, including conversion rates and lead quality, and share insights for process improvement.
  • Prepare concise and consistent reports to track sales progress and performance.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing to follow up on leads from various channels.
  • Share feedback and insights from prospects with the internal team to help refine products and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Telesales / Telemarketing experience.
  • Proven track record of handling large volumes of outbound calls and following up consistently.
  • Experience working in a sales-targeted and commission-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and/or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Able to prepare clear sales reports and maintain CRM or manual databases accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing customer data.
  • Sales-driven mindset, motivated by goals and performance-based rewards.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; able to quickly connect with prospects over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and independent — capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Fast response time and high follow-up discipline.
  • Friendly, approachable, and not afraid to reach out to new people.
  • Detail-oriented in documenting and following up with leads.
