Job description

We’re seeking a highly analytical and experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple formats. This is a remote opportunity open to Philippine applicants only, with collaboration required during U.S. business hours (PST preferred).

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must Have:
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns from setup to optimization.
  • At least 1 year of experience running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video, or similar).
  • Strong understanding and experience with paid media KPIs including ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced functions, charts, and pivot tables for reporting.
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones, with fluent English communication skills for Slack, email, and video calls.
Core Tasks:
  • Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns, including A/B testing of creatives and ad sets.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather creative assets and communicate performance needs to the team.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly ad performance reporting in spreadsheets or analytics platforms.
  • Actively participate in daily standups and ongoing Slack communications to flag optimizations and share progress.

The Compensation:

  • β‚±65,000 to β‚±90,000/month
