Position Overview
The Director, Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with technology partners, and alliances with complementary companies, to drive new client leads and long-term business opportunities. Reporting to the SVP, Partnerships and Alliances, this role will serve as a senior executive liaison with partners, ensuring alignment between our company’s offerings and strategic objectives. The Director will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Delivery teams to maximize partnership value, expand market reach, accelerate revenue growth, and provide our clients with best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Establish and maintain high-value relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to drive lead generation and long-term business expansion.
  • Establish positioning and differentiation of 3Pillar to become a preferred partner.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with our company’s growth objectives.
  • Establish an internal business case for additional investment/funding to aid growth.

  • Executive-Level Engagement & Influence:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives within partner organizations, ensuring alignment on business priorities.
  • Represent our company in high-level discussions, positioning us as a strategic partner that can help the partner achieve their goals.
  • Lead executive briefings, joint business planning sessions, and strategic reviews with key partners.

  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
  • Drive partner-led business development initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to integrate partnership-driven opportunities into account strategies, including contributing on client-facing opportunities
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, optimizing engagement models for maximum ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
  • Align with Product and Innovation teams to identify joint go-to-market opportunities, including potential development of PoCs, accelerators or other assets to aid in our GTM strategy for a specific partner.
  • Facilitate internal education and enablement to ensure teams understand and leverage partnership benefits.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify partner-related opportunities within our existing client base.

  • Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within the software development or technology services industry. Hands-on experience in software product development or AI systems is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of executive-level relationship management and driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and ownership; brings an entrepreneurial mindset to driving results and navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of technology alliances and enterprise partnerships. Experience with private equity is a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling content independently.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and influence senior stakeholders.
