Responsibilities:
Identify high-performing candidates to the assigned job openings.
Use and analyze data to make informed decisions about hiring.
Explore potential candidates, recognize their main skills and key knowledge for our available and the foreseeable future opportunities.
Communicate in an unobtrusive way with top tier talent using digital channels and its best practices.
Make things happen in an uncertain and dynamic context.
Help coach, train, and onboard new and existing team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Recruiting.
2+ years of experience in Technical Sourcing.
Deep understanding of software development processes, languages, technical tools, and best practices.
Strong technical sourcing and lead Generation skills.
Experience with ATS (preferably Zoho) and digital tools (Slack, Linkedin Recruiter).
Excellent communication skills.
Manage and analyze data and reporting with PowerBi, Excel, or other tools.
Full-Time availability.
Self-driven, proactive attitude and adaptability.
Ability to work with volume with a hands-on attitude.
Ability to work from a remote location seamlessly.
Advanced English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
Interviewing experience.
Advanced Engineering or related studies (diploma not mandatory).
Ability to code.
Portuguese.
