Written Content Manager - Part-Time to Full-time, Remote


A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Written Content Manager responsible for managing and refining our written content strategy, ensuring consistent production, quality, and SEO authority. Your role involves managing consultants, editing content, ensuring quality standards, and verifying accuracy and authority.


As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our top three core values:

Note: This role is not suited for someone seeking to coast or searching for a traditional "9 to 5" job. We measure success strictly by outcomes—not by effort or intentions. Achieving results might require working evenings or weekends at times. Only those ready to fully embrace this results-oriented culture should apply.



What you will do:

  • Hire a team of internal or external writers to fufill the output requirements for the department
  • Manage written content workflow (blogs, Reddit posts, LinkedIn articles, microsites).
  • Ensure consistent production (20 blogs, 25 Reddit posts per month).
  • Thoroughly edit, fact-check, and verify all written content using SEMrush and established SOPs.
  • Hire, coach, manage, and hold accountable a team of content writers/consultants.
  • Enforce strict quality and SEO optimization guidelines.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and authority; avoid unauthorized AI usage.
  • Maintain a clear 30-day content buffer and calendar for regular updates.
  • Track critical numbers, budget allocation, and content performance.

  • Minimum 5+ years managing content teams (remote/freelance or internal).
  • Minimum availability of 10-20 hours per week.
  • Proven experience with SEO (SEMrush), editing, and fact-checking.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword analysis, and optimization.
  • Strong management, coaching, and accountability skills.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven mindset, highly organized.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
