The Opportunity
Eon is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager - Implementation to
lead the successful delivery of Eon’s product offerings with clients. The candidate
will manage and participate in multiple, concurrent implementations and will be
responsible to ensure the client’s expectations are met and EON services have been
optimized. This position must develop plans in coordination with both client and
internal resources to ensure on-time delivery of IT infrastructure, tools, training and
support. The ideal Project Manager will have technical skills and experience
because they will participate in the full implementation life cycle including
requirements analysis, adherence to timelines, configuration validation, and testing.

As a Project Manager - Implementation you will:
● Coordinate internal resources, partners and customer resources for
execution of projects to ensure resource availability and allocation and
successful, timely implementations
● Schedule, manage and track your on-going client implementations
● Manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery
planning for assigned projects
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
● Manage and maintain implementation knowledge base for your projects

● Understand project scope while focusing on regular/timely value
● Be the point of contact for all internal and external communication related to
your implementations
● Follow escalation procedures for manager intervention, interfacing with other
teams, etc to meet deadlines
● Work with cross functional teams to remove roadblocks to project success
You will be a good fit if you have:
● Excellent project management and organizational skills with a focus on
details and deadlines
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence
and manage relationships across all levels
● A client-first mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional
experiences
● Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment
● A proactive, problem-solving approach and comfort working with ambiguity
● Experience working cross-functionally and navigating competing priorities

You will have

● Bachelor’s Degree, Masters is a plus and PMP certification
● 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT projects
● Technical Project/Implementation Management experience preferred

● Healthcare IT experience preferred
● Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

 Experience using software tools:
● Agile Project Management tools such as Jira
● Microsoft or Google suites
● Expert knowledge and application of both Agile and traditional project
management principles and practices
● A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web
development projects using Agile or other methodologies is desired
● Sufficient technical background to interface with development teams and to
accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
● Ability to estimate and track time and costs with software tools
● Very effective interpersonal skills including coaching, collaborating, and team
building

● Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage
competing demands
● In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to
establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
● Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting
with customers, both business and IT individuals, at all levels including the
executive level
● Creative approach to problem-solving and time management with the ability
to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
● Enjoy being challenged and working in a fast-paced environment; are
comfortable in evolving requirements and occasional uncertainty
